🕒 Return Window

  • We accept returns and exchanges on full-priced items within 5 days of delivery.

  • Discounted, clearance, and print-on-demand items are final sale—no returns or exchanges.

🔄 How to Return

  1. Email therealdads@9tofive.com within 5 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.

  2. We’ll provide a return authorization and directions for mailing the item back.

  3. Ship the item in its original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

⚠️ Charge‑back Waiver

By completing a purchase, you waive the right to dispute the charge with your credit card provider—please follow our return process for any issues.

📦 Processing

  • Returns may take up to 2 weeks to process once received.

  • We’re not responsible for lost or delayed returns in transit.

💵 Refunds & Exchanges

  • Approved returns of full-priced items receive a refund to your original payment method once processed.
